Today I wanted to share with you my favorite smoothie recipe! I used to make these every day in college because they were so easy and filling. Its also great because you can take it on the go when you sleep through your alarm and are running late for class or work (I know from personal experience - haha). Since graduating, I have started to make a whole meal for breakfast but I still love my go-to smoothie when I don't have time in the morning. 

Blueberry Bliss Smoothie

1 cup of thawed frozen blueberries 
1/4 cup of greek yogurt
1 teaspoon of honey
1/2 cup of old fashioned oats
1/2 of milk

Put the ingredients into your blender (I use a Nutribullet) in the order listed above. Blend it for about a min or two (I usually blend it while I put my yogurt and milk back in the fridge). Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!

This smoothie can also be prepared the night before so all you have to do in the morning is blend it up and go. I encourage you to add strawberries, bananas or protein powder to make it how you like!
